Why steel instead of plywood or particle board?
Steel doesn’t swell, chip, or need replacement in 5 years. Plywood and particle board absorb moisture and struggle with Indian cooking conditions. Steel frameworks last decades. It’s the same material used in commercial kitchens for a reason.
What's the difference between SS and GI kitchens?
Stainless Steel (SS) is premium, completely rust free, and food grade. Perfect for long term use.
Galvanized Iron (GI) offers steel strength with powder coating at a more accessible price. Termite proof, fire safe, built to last decades.
Both are manufactured in house with the same precision. The difference is material cost, not build quality.
How long does a Reefab kitchen last?
Decades. Our frameworks are engineered for 20+ years of daily use. The first kitchen we built is still in the founders’ home, performing exactly as it did on day one.
Can I customize the design and layout?
Every Reefab kitchen is custom designed for your space. Your layout, storage needs, and design preferences shape the final kitchen. We don’t work with templates
How long does the entire process take?
From design approval to installation, typically 4 to 6 weeks. This includes manufacturing and scheduling. Timeline depends on kitchen size and complexity.
